B2B Lifecycle and Operations
Now under 100% Gold Fields ownership following the May 2025 acquisition of Gold Road Resources, Gruyere operates as a mature, single-asset open pit in full production phase. The operation runs on rotating FIFO rosters (typically 8/6 or 14/7 cycles) with charter flights from Perth to the on-site airstrip. B2B vendors must align supply schedules with roster changeovers. Camp life-support systems — catering, medical, laundry, and telecommunications — represent a continuous, high-value procurement stream critical to operational continuity in this isolated environment.
Engineering and Extraction Infrastructure
Gruyere's processing plant is engineered around a primary SAG and ball mill grinding circuit feeding a conventional Carbon-in-Leach (CIL) circuit, with design throughput exceeding 8 Mtpa.
